Jenna Rae Tooley is a writer, director, production designer, and fine artist. Tooley comes from a background in fine arts, and graduated with a painting major and drawing minor Cum Laude, from the Savannah College of Art and Design in March of 2020. Although she is formally educated in fine arts, she is dedicated to her passion for filmmaking, and values the real world experience she has in the film industry as an extended form of education. Functioning mainly as a production designer, Jenna has worked on various award winning films, music videos, and even a national commercial. Transitioning into directing, Jenna finds that her background in fine arts, paired with her experience in production design has given her a strong aptitude for visual storytelling. Tooley currently resides part time in Savannah, Georgia where her college is located, and part time in San Francisco, California, where she was born and raised. Tooley is also a 2020 grant recipient from the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation.
